SOMOS

We’re Lisa-Maria and Charlotte—two Gaian women who followed a calling to breathe new life into a forgotten piece of land in La Orotava, Tenerife. In 2023, a wildly overgrown 25,000 sqm property with a dilapidated building and an orchard that once flourished with apple, fig, avocado, olive, nispero, orange, lemon, and other fruit trees.

Tenerife is no ordinary place. It's a volcanic island with 11 microclimates, dramatic landscapes, and fertile ground for both literal and personal transformation.

This land is an ode to mother natures immense power of regeneration. The once barren land cleared to make agricultural terraces regrew a native brezo forest, vital to the island's water system. The whole place is teeming with life, birdsong and wildflowers.

Our role on this land is not as landowners looking to see how we can exploit the land for financial gain, rather we are the guardians of this wild piece of paradise, safeguarding it and nourishing it so gaia can continue to flourish even more

In May 2024, we moved in with nothing but a small solar panel, no running water, and a deep commitment to regeneration. The land became our teacher. We walk it, listen to it, and slowly but surely, we watch it change. The orchard has begun to recover, new plants emerged, and the space is more vibrant than ever.

We named this place SOMOS—Spanish for we are. Because we are becoming who we truly are, creating who we want to become and supporting others to do the same.

We are on a no-limits adventure into the uncharted territory of human potential.

SOMOS is now home to an Archan Invention Centre, a space for radical responsibility, inner navigation, and regenerative living. A place for people to do the deep inner work necessary to build a new kind of culture—from the inside out.

One of our next steps in this journey is to create practical spaces for people to stay, spaces to deliver our work, an outdoor kitchen, bathrooms, a food forest to live off the land and sustainable water systems.

This vision gave birth to The Aridani Project—a co-created experience where inner development meets hands-on regenerative practice. A place where people come not just to learn, but to live, evolve, and co-create a new way forward.

I long for a world that makes sense.

For a reality where life flows freely, unhindered by the limitations of modern culture. A world where children can feel without repression, where the concept of sanity is irrelevant, and where the binary of right or wrong doesn't suffocate possibilities. A world where Gaia thrives, united as one.

Lisa-Maria Goertz

I take a stand for people to unfold their potential and live full-out as the creators of their own reality.

I facilitate workshops and trainings for people to consciously feel and use their feelings as a rescource, to expand their box and upgrade their thoughtware to have access to new worlds of possibilities to be able to create the life they really want to live and start co-creating new cultures together that serve us and the planet.

Charlotte Chalkley

My purpose is to create a realm for all conscious beings to discover who they are and their purpose.

I am a part of SOMOS and SOMOS is a part of me and I live by that expression. I hold space for inner transformation and evolution. I am passionate for holding spaces that allow you to be as big as you are. To see the unseen, acknowledge and express with all the Love and Chaos that life is.

I am a channel for Gaia to speak through me and to hold space for people to find that channel in them. My culture is to live in radical responsibility with the Love, Grace, Elegance and fierceness of a Women of Earth.

There are no expectations of you to be any particular way, this is the place for you to be exactly as you are and from that place discover, ask for and receive what you need.

We are a team. We come together not as leaders and followers, but as equals. Almost everything in this experience is negotiable — from how we work to the decisions we make together. We commit to making choices without hierarchy, without separation, and with the understanding that everyone’s voice matters. We commit to walk beside you, to listen to each other, and to support each other in our processes. We are equally committed to you as you are to us and to this journey.

Our vision

This is more than a project—it’s a way of life.

For new cultures to emerge and for the invention of a new way of living, we have discovered that the journey begins on the inside. In order to live powerfully and for the evolution of life on earth we can no longer hide behind our childhood wounds and alter ego states. We can no longer avoid responsibility or point the finger elsewhere. It's on us.

This is the "Red pill" moment. A moment to say YES to the unknown, to trust in your own capacity to transform, to create, and to step into a world that only you can build. Together, we will create something beyond what we already know.

Possibility Management

Possibility Management springs from the context of radical responsibility. It is an organism of tens of thousands of edgeworkers around the word who are building bridges between modern culture which brings humanity to its limits, and the next cultures which are regenerative.

SOMOS and Aridani are powered by the work of Possibility Management and we now work in collaboration doing our own research as part of the global team.

One of the core investigations of Possibility Management is how can we recover our authority and agency to become what we are desigend to be; extraordinarily creative, generous, and collaborative genius, capable of transforming and inventing entire cultures and creating from the expression of our values and potential.

You too have been designed this way.

But you, like most people alive right now, were born in modern culture where certain paths have already been laid out for you by others and their purposes. In any domain from relationships, traditions, to projects and work you are repeating cultural patterns that you adopted from your parents, your religion, your birth country, your class, and the school system you went through in order to survive in said culture and its dehumanizing demands. Perhaps even without noticing, you pay the high price of not only contributing to the devastation of all life on the planet, but also the price of losing access to your vitality, aliveness, creativity, and your natural extraordinary nature.
