SOMOS Provides:

• A 5 day Possibility Village lab with Possibility Management trainer Vera Franco https://expandtheboxtenerife.info/possibility-lab.

• A held field of evolutionary training.

• Ongoing held spaces, initiations, processes and practices.

• Materials to make your own nest (or you will bring a tent if you do not want to build a nest).

• Mattresses, pillows & blankets.

• A physical space for camping, training, experimentation and transformation.

• A kitchen, dry toilets and wet showers.

• Charging and WIFI station.

You Provide:

• A financial contribution of 1550€ - 2050€ (sliding scale). We are on your team to support you to raise the money to come, please reach out for our money magic PDF. Payment plans also available upon request.

• If you have not attended an Expand the Box this is a pre-requisite for attending the training. The Expand the Box begins on the 11th September and there will be a 10% discount for all Aridani participants. Find out more here.

• The food will be bought or sourced together and split between everyone present as part of the adventure of villaging.

17th September: Arrival in SOMOS for the lab.

Skills Training

Aridani is contexted in RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY, which means taking ownership for everything that happens in your life — not from blame or guilt, but from the recognition that you are the source of your experiences, your feelings, and your results.

This is an experiential, hands-on experience where we work at every level: transforming old patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotions.

Our longings and necessities shape the program, they emerge from deep questions like:
What is the change I want to exist in the world? What’s in the way between me and what I want to create?
Who do I need to become to live my purpose in action? What skills do I need to train to become that person?

Levelling up and training non-linear skills that you might not even know you were lacking is invigorating stuff. This is a jedi-training ground for agents of transformation — personal, collective, and planetary.

New worlds of possibilities might open up from becoming more competent in holding space, gameworld building, becoming unhookable, facilitating emotional healing, collaborating without hierarchy, radical teamwork, letting your heart speak, possibility listening, dragon speaking, conscious theatre & storytelling, being a conscious asshole and so much more.

Each person is responsible for taking a stand for the kind of training they want to happen. This isn’t school — we don’t dictate what you’ll learn. And our spaceholder team brings deep experience in many of these areas.

This is a platform for everybody in the team to bring their talents and experience to each other, thereby creating an alive village of resourceful and empowered beings sharing their gifts generously.

Possibility Lab

The Possibility Village Lab is held by trainer Vera Franco, this is included in the price of Aridani and is an essential part of the journey.

A possibility lab is an evolutionary deep dive designed with powerful initiations into authentic adulthood. Here we explore the ecstasy of growing up and being able to create your life on your terms.

Stepping into radical responsibility as a new orientation is making the decision to leave behind any excuses or victim stories. What you get instead is the radiant joy of becoming your bright principles in action and serving your archetypal lineage, so that you can thrive and you can hold space for others to go through the healing they need to thrive too.

A Possibilty Lab is a commitment to real transformation — to examining your strategies and revealing your inner world to others, allowing yourself to be truly seen, and with a team, healing the old wounds that have kept you from being the most alive and empowered version of yourself so far.

Expand the Box

To join Aridani, the pre-requiste is having done an Expand the Box training, which will take place on 11th September in SOMOS and will have a 10% discount for participants of Aridani.

Creating new cultures requires access to new skills, abilities, and resources. And because modern culture does not prepare its people to ignite their genius, have access to non-linear creative domains, or tap into inexhaustible sources of energy and power, these preparations need to happen outside the business-as-usual routine of a linear life plan. These preparations happen in authentic initiatory processes. The Expand The Box Training is a training space designed with powerful healing and initiatory processes to precisely open you up to these new abilities and resources.

The Aridani Project is more than an experience—it’s the start of a movement.
