Logistics & Dates
This journey begins with a 5-day training called Expand the Box which takes place off-site with Possibility Management trainers Vera Franco and Devin Gleeson.
Creating new cultures requires access to new skills, abilities, and resources. And because modern culture does not prepare its people to ignite their genius, have access to non-linear creative domains, or tap into inexhaustible sources of energy and power, these preparations need to happen outside the business-as-usual routine of a linear life plan. These preparations happen in authentic initiatory processes. The Expand The Box Training is a training space designed with powerful healing and initiatory processes to precisely open you up to these new abilities and resources.

Inner Regeneration.
We will be practicing the following skills during our time together:
•Radical Relating: Cultivating deep, authentic, and vulnerable connections.
• Collaborative Communication: Practicing non-hierarchical teamwork, decision making and collaboration.
• Gameworld Building: Designing and activating new cultural frameworks and regenerative projects using Toros Technology.
• Radical Responsibility: Owning personal underworld and transforming emotional reactivity into conscious action.
• Emotional Healing and Conscious Feeling: Navigating and utilizing feelings and emotions as tools for growth.
• Spaceholding: Creating possibility and taking responsibility for the space without hierarchy, learning to turn challenges into transformation.

Project 1: Food Forest and Seed Nursery
Step into the role of a guardian of the wild as we embark on a transformative journey to restore, revive, and reimagine the land. This is more than conservation—it’s an adventure in rewilding, where we listen to nature’s whispers and work hand-in-hand with the earth to heal its soil, restore biodiversity, and build resilience.
Practical Focus: Restoring native plant species, regenerating soil, creating thriving habitats, and cultivating food systems that allow the land to evolve and communicate its needs. Join us in this living experiment, where nature leads the way and we become its humble co-creators. Are you ready to rewild?

Project 2: Natural Grey Water Filter and Rain Collection Eco-Pond
Water is life, and a well-designed water system is the key to a thriving, self-sustaining land. In this node, we embark on an exciting mission to explore, innovate, and build practical solutions that conserve, filter, and recycle this precious resource.
Practical Focus: Join an adventure of crafting systems that not only nourish the land but also harness nature’s wisdom—capturing rain, preventing erosion, and ensuring every drop is used to its fullest potential. Together, we’ll design and implement real-world solutions that protect against heavy rainfall, sustain lush ecosystems, and inspire a future where water is respected and preserved.

Outer Regeneration
Project 3 & 4: Cob Cabin, Wooden Dome & Outdoor Cob Kitchen
SOMOS is a blank slate waiting to be painted on. Our desire is to create eco-structures that harmonize with the natural environment, using sustainable, low-impact construction techniques and materials sourced from the land. This infrastructure will support SOMOS and it's mission by providing living spaces and functional spaces for the project.
Practical Focus: Sustainable architecture, using natural and recycled materials to construct eco-friendly, off-grid buildings. The team will decide and propose what type of structures, what for, how many and where.
Project 4: Documentary
Every movement has its storytellers—those who witness, capture, and share the unfolding magic. At Aridani, videographers are not just observers; they are myth-makers, crafting a living record of transformation.
This is an invitation for the world to see what is possible, to inspire others to take up regenerative practices, fuel new movements, and become part of the living legend of Aridani.
Practical Focus: In the documentary project, you and your team will decide how to tell this story—what to film, how to frame it, and how to weave it all together. Are you ready to be the eyes and storytellers of the revolution?
The Aridani Celebration
To conclude the Aridani Project we will come together to co-create a weekend-long celebration on the land.
We don't know how it's going to go, we will ask ourselves, perhaps for the first time: How do I truly want to celebrate myself and others? What does celebration look like in a culture we are consciously creating?
From this deep inquiry, our Celebration will take shape—born from our collective imagination, necessity, and authentic expression. Will it be music, movement, storytelling, ritual, or something entirely new? We don’t know yet, and that’s the beauty of it. Together, we will invent it. A celebration that is alive, meaningful, and an expression of the new culture we have been living, breathing, and building throughout this journey.
Legacy and Impact
The Aridani Project is more than an experience—it’s the start of a movement. Team members have a rare opportunity to get equipped to start their path designing their own gameworlds, leading projects, and catalyzing cultural evolution. There is no going back after you know what you didn't know before.
If you wish you will walk away with:
• A never ending path of unfolding your potential and true purpose.
• A team to co-create and collaborate with.
• The skills to hold space for people and projects in any context.
• Practical experience in regeneration, bio-construction, and water management and documentary-making.
What do you say?
