This is not your regular retreat, you are not paying for a product or coming to consume something. You are coming as a co-creator and part of the team to bring your value, purpose and proposals.

Paying for Aridani is an act of regeneration, to enable us to hold space for this magical container. The fee you pay covers materials, running costs, spaceholding and the extrenally outsourced ETB training.

SOMOS Provides:

• All food for 5 weeks.

• The Expand the Box Training (usually between 750-950€.)

• Daily mentorship, guidance, held workshops, processes, practices and initiations.

• Materials to make your own hut (or you must bring a tent if you do not want to build a hut).

• Mattresses, pillows & blankets.

• A physical space for camping, training, experimentation and transformation.

• A basic kitchen, dry toilets and wet showers.

• Charging and WIFI station.

You Provide:

• A financial contribution (TBC). We are on your team to support you to raise the money to come, please reach out for our fundraising experiments.

July 30th & August 13th at 14.30 CET: Two Zoom sessions. 90 minute long sessions for team introductions, logistics and preparations.

This journey begins with a 5-day training called Expand the Box which takes place off-site with Possibility Management trainers Vera Franco and Devin Gleeson.

Creating new cultures requires access to new skills, abilities, and resources. And because modern culture does not prepare its people to ignite their genius, have access to non-linear creative domains, or tap into inexhaustible sources of energy and power, these preparations need to happen outside the business-as-usual routine of a linear life plan. These preparations happen in authentic initiatory processes. The Expand The Box Training is a training space designed with powerful healing and initiatory processes to precisely open you up to these new abilities and resources.

The Work

Coming to Aridani is a commitment to real transformation — to examining your strategies and revealing your inner world to others, allowing them to truly see you, and with the team, healing the old wounds that have kept you from being the most alive and empowered version of yourself so far.

It is contexted in RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY, which means taking full ownership for everything that happens in your life — not from blame or guilt, but from the recognition that you are the source of your experiences, your feelings, and your results.

From that place, you regain your power to choose, to respond consciously, and to create new possibilities. This includes exploring domains like:

• Radical honesty: with yourself and others, cultivating deep, authentic, and vulnerable connection.

• Owning your underworld: transforming emotional reactivity into conscious action.

• Emotional healing and conscious feeling: using your feelings and emotions as tools for growth.

Skills Training

Aridani means “seed” in the ancient Guanche language of the Canary Islands. This project is an invitation for the seed that lives inside each one of us to grow and flourish, so we can bring our magic into the world.

This is an experiential, hands-on experience where we work at every level: transforming old patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotions; cultivating radical responsibility for our lives.

Our longings and necessities shape the program, they emerge from deep questions like:
What is the change I want to exist in the world? What’s in the way between me and what I want to create?
Who do I need to become to live my purpose in action? What skills do I need to train to become that person?

Levelling up and training non-linear skills that you might not even know you were lacking is invigorating stuff. This is a jedi-training ground for transformation — personal, collective, and planetary.

New worlds of possibilities might open up from becoming more competent in holding space, gameworld building, becoming unhookable, facilitating emotional healing, collaborating without hierarchy, radical teamwork, letting your heart speak, possibility listening, dragon speaking, conscious theatre & storytelling, being a conscious asshole and so much more.

And the land itself is our playground.
We learn to play like adults — rediscovering the joy of practical skills training, building inner structure and mastery in lost life skills that are a necessary part of regenerative culture like: growing food, building with natural materials, crafting things with our hands, composting and soil regeneration, water harvesting and greywater systems, herbal medicine and plant identification, to name a few.

Each person is responsible for taking a stand for the kind of training they want to happen. This isn’t school — we don’t dictate what you’ll learn. Our team brings deep experience in many of these areas, and we also collaborate with a wide network of specialists who can share their skills and insights. We encourage you to form a team and hold space for creating the skills-training spaces you want. One way we also encourage is expansive learning, without an external teacher, using your intuition and collective intelligence to experiement and try things out. This approach cultivates creativity, problem-solving, and authentic collaboration. You can also tell us the workshops you want us to arrange, the resources are all here for you.

This is a platform for everybody in the team to bring their talents and experience to each other, thereby creating an alive village of resourceful and empowered beings sharing their gifts generously.

The Aridani Project is more than an experience—it’s the start of a movement.
