Aridani is a training ground for us to recover our authority and activate the creative genius within us so we can start choosing and creating a way of living that our hearts long for.

Aridani is a 5 week land-based training in regenerative village-making. This means living together in nature and co-creating our own culture in real-time. A culture that regenerates us from the inside out. We provide a container, a team to observe and transform the conditioning, blocks, beliefs, stories and emotions that stand in the way of us living full-out and unfolding our potential - so can we start creating new results for ourselves and for the earth.

A co-created experience where inner development meets hands-on regenerative practice.

What you will be doing

Before we dive into our time on the land, Aridani kicks off with a wildly transformational 5-day training called Expand the Box, held off-site and guided by experienced Possibility Management trainers Vera Franco and Devin Gleeson.

This training gives you the foundational tools to become a creator of incredible agency and create the change you want to exist.

We take everything we've learned and bring it into action on the land, living and creating together for the next 4.5 weeks.

During this time we wil be working on regenerative projects such as:

🌱 Agroforestry & Restoration Agriculture

Planting and nurturing a thriving food forest

🏡 Bio-Construction

Building beautiful, functional structures using natural and local materials

💧 Water Conservation

Creating systems to harvest rainwater and naturally clean and recycle greywater.

🎥 Documentary-Making

Capturing the magic of what we're doing through video and storytelling.

Moving to the Land

We will live together on the land, where we will dive deeper into:

• Collaborating creatively

• Relating authentically

• Using feelings as tools for creating the life you want

• Turning blocks into rocket fuel for transformation

• Stepping into new levels of responsibility and power

The Projects

This experience blends tools and initations for inner development with hands-on practice. These are the projects to choose from to dedicate your time and energy to, which in turn will nourish and support the land and project.

Seed Nursery and Food Forest

Designing a food forest and supporting the creation of a diverse and vital ecosystem on the land.

Natural Greywater Filter and Rainwater Collection

Creating a natural water filtration system to recycle the greywater from the land and house and collect and store rainwater.

Cob Cabin, Wooden Dome and Outdoor Cob Kitchen

Creating physical infraestructure using bio-constructiion and local natural materials for SOMOS to deliver their purpose.

Documentary

Telling the story of Aridani is an act of regeneration, so that others too can discover what is possible and get inspired.
