Aridani is a six-week immersive training in nature for creators and changemakers who are ready to grow, collaborate, and go all in on creating the future they want to live in.
Aridani means seed in the indigenous guanche language of the canary islands. This is the super booster incubator to grow your seed.
Aridani is a radically committed team to your evolution as a creator. A team is one of the most powerful resources we have encountered, because you can't see your own blind spots — you’ll just keep going in circles. And it is so much more fun to transform together!
This is your playground to research, experiment, train skills and practice living in a mini regenerative village, creatively collaborating and developing projects that light you up - with a bunch of crazy inventor colleagues.
So you can go on to hold space for your own teams and help build the thriving eco-system of (r)evolutionary projects creating a brighter future for humanity.

The Location
The volcanic island of Tenerife will be the setting for Aridani—a name borrowed from the language of the Guanche people, the island’s first inhabitants. A name that means "seed", symbolizing our mission: to plant the future of regenerative culture - that doesn’t just sustain - it thrives, evolves, and flourishes.
Aridani will take place in SOMOS, a regenerative culture invention centre dedicated to radical human transformation in the north of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain

It is hard to put into words what this experience was for me, because it was unlike anything I experienced before. A bunch of human beings living deep in commune with nature while experientially experimenting how to become adults together. At moments I thought, is this summer camp for adults? My worst nightmare? The most ecstatic place I could be on the planet? This caring? This empowering? Triggering? This much evolutionary, consciousness practice with a wild, loving and wacky team squeezed together in the magical volcanic lands of Tenerife in a few months? Every day felt like a week and a lifetime. And looking back on it, this experience with these beautiful humans softened my heart, broke down perceptions of what is good and bad, uplifted and encouraged me to become a more fully expressed and alive version of myself, all alongside a troupe of some of the most tender, present, devoted, playful, inspiring, and silly human beings on the planet.
